A New Year’s celebration with a friend;
A world of half-melt, blackened ice on end;
The rose-gold sunset on a road trip home;
The pale grass in parks where I can roam;
A closing and an opening, one last walk;
Another road trip, this time on the clock;
An airplane cutting cloudless summer skies;
The dancing of the endless summer flies;
A wedding in the west, a suit of black;
A speaking in the south, and catching flack;
A birthday party, feels like fitting in;
And then back home, to one more time begin.
